With over a decade of experience in teaching and resource management at Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, she brings strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of client engagement and team coordination.

Known for her calm leadership and motivational abilities, Seema has also served as Chairperson at JCI Amravati Mahila, where she successfully demonstrated her capabilities in leadership development, public relations, and community engagement.
